Exclusions from our return policy:

  • Bespoke orders handcrafted to your unique specifications or personalized logo commissions.

  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once the original seals are broken.

  • Products showing visible signs of use that compromise their refined luxury finish.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other materials after the point of delivery.

MOPTO reserves the right to decline returns for any merchandise that does not meet these artisanal quality standards.

We are not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. We recommend an insured, trackable service. Proof of delivery to our artisan team is required before a refund can be issued, maintaining our commitment to artisanal protection.

Gifts:

If marked as a gift, you will receive boutique credit. A digital gift certificate will be issued to you once the item is inspected by our artisans and the return is confirmed for quality.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be processed back to the original buyer's payment account.
